"I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our waitress, Stephanie. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain the menu and what was gluten free (given my allergy). It’s rare to receive such outstanding service, and Stephanie definitely deserves recognition. I would absolutely come back when flying from city airport, knowing that customers are treated with such care and professionalism. Highly recommended!"

"This Saturday morning at LCY was particularly quiet, so I used my Priority Pass to have breakfast here. Service at Juniper & Co was good - Michal was friendly, kind, and efficient throughout. The avocado and eggs on toast were tasty, with the pickled peppers adding a welcome burst of acidity. Prices are undeniably high, though that’s to be expected at an airport (particularly London City, which is notoriously expensive) and I probably wouldn’t have chosen to eat here without the £18 Priority Pass voucher. I was slightly surprised not to be asked about allergies (which wasn’t an issue), though that’s one area where the experience could be improved."

The chef felt like a mum cooking breakfast for the family, caring, attentive, and clearly proud of her food. The poached eggs were restaurant quality, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. I ordered the Truffle & Parmesan Mac and Cheese pasta, which was rich, creamy, and well seasoned. The small salad on the side was a refreshing complement to the dish. Despite the restaurant being busy, the waiting time for my meal was impressively short, which I truly appreciated. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service provided by my waiter, Stefanie. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well looked after. Stefanie regularly checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and her friendly demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable. Her attentiveness did not go unnoticed, and it truly elevated my dining experience. Additionally, I was pleased to find that the restaurant had power sockets available, allowing me to charge my phone while enjoying my meal.
